These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of makebulin47.com and related features (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
2. The Service
Bulin 47 AI provides an entertainment image-to-video workflow using one to three user-provided adult photos. Users can choose Original, Solo Dance, or Triple Dance, then select a supported output format and quality. Bulin 47 AI currently uses Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance as its underlying video generation model.
We may use third-party infrastructure and API service providers to access or operate the generation model. The active model, service providers, limits, availability, processing times, and supported formats may change as the Service evolves. Current model information may be disclosed on the Pricing page or other Service pages.
3. Your content
You retain whatever rights you already have in content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process, and otherwise use your submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide the Service, including sending it to service providers involved in generation, storage, authentication, and infrastructure.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to upload and use the content you submit, including rights relating to copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, and a person's likeness. Human performers must be adults whose likeness you have permission to use.
4. AI-generated output
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inconsistent, unexpected, or similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee that output will preserve appearance, clothing or fur, motion, composition, or other details exactly as requested. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing or relying on it.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. Rights in AI-generated output may vary by jurisdiction and may also be affected by third-party rights or provider terms. You are responsible for determining whether you have the rights needed for your intended use.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate content that:
- Pornography and NSFW: pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive, sexually explicit, or non-consensual intimate content.
- Violence and gore: violent content, graphic injuries, bloodshed, gore, torture, or content promoting or threatening violence.
- Hate speech: content promoting hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
- Child safety: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, abuse, or other content that endangers children. Synthetic or AI-generated depictions are also prohibited.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive deepfakes, impersonation of another person, unauthorized likeness use, or false claims that a real person participated in, endorsed, said, or performed something.
- Copyright and trademarks: content infringing copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights, including unauthorized use of protected media or branding.
- violates applicable law or another person's rights;
- uses a person's likeness without required permission or in a deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or exploitative way;
- facilitates fraud, impersonation, scams, identity theft, or misleading representations of real people;
- infringes privacy, publicity, or other personal rights;
- contains malware, attempts unauthorized access, or interferes with the Service or its infrastructure; or
- attempts to bypass safety systems, usage limits, access controls, or technical restrictions.
Reporting prohibited content
Report suspected violations, unsafe content, impersonation, or intellectual-property concerns to support@makebulin47.com. Include the relevant page or result URL, task ID if available, the reason for your report, and information needed to identify the issue. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM; provide identifiers or a URL instead. You may also use this address to request a review of a moderation decision.
Content moderation and enforcement
Uploaded images may be checked automatically for prohibited or unsafe content before generation. These checks have limitations and do not guarantee detection of every violation or review of every generated video. Users remain responsible for complying with these content standards.
Reports can be reviewed by the platform operator using the reported content and relevant service records. Depending on the findings, we may reject requests, remove or restrict access to content hosted by us, or suspend or terminate accounts. Serious child-safety concerns or other unlawful activity may be referred to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Content hosted on an external service may also need to be reported to that service.
6. Payments and refunds
New Bulin 47 AI purchases are one-time, pay-per-video purchases processed by Waffo. The price for the selected output quality is shown before checkout. A paid generation order covers one successful result using the source images, left/right placement, aspect ratio, and resolution associated with that order. Changing those inputs requires a new purchase.
If a paid generation ends in a verified technical or provider failure before a usable result is delivered, you may retry that same paid order without another charge. After a failed attempt, you may instead request a refund through the Service. Requesting a refund ends the retry path for that order while the refund is pending, and a successfully refunded order cannot be retried. Refund completion is handled by the payment provider and may not be instantaneous.
A generation that completes successfully with a usable result is considered fulfilled even if the generated content does not fully match your subjective expectations. Successfully fulfilled generations are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. A failure to copy an already generated usable result to our preferred storage does not by itself make the generation unsuccessful when a usable provider result remains available.
Legacy subscription or credit arrangements from earlier versions of the Service may remain active for existing customers until ended or otherwise migrated. New Bulin 47 AI purchases are not offered as subscriptions or credit packs. Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals may affect access to the associated order or Service, subject to applicable law.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, networking, and AI generation. Their services may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or interrupted. Your use of certain third-party features may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
8. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service, a particular AI model, uploaded file, generated result, or account history will remain available indefinitely.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure, respond to legal requirements, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, or address conduct that creates risk for the Service or third parties.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bulin 47 AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If you continue using the Service after updated Terms become effective, that continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
